Service Fit

We manufacture custom machined plastic components for regulated applications that demand precision, repeatability, and application-specific performance. Our work supports programs where tolerances, material behavior, and quality control matter. We are built for engineered production, not commodity fabrication. If your part requires a controlled manufacturing process that meets intense regulations, we may fit.

Manufacturing Processes

We support precision plastic machining processes appropriate to the part geometry and performance requirements. That includes milling, turning, drilling, and specialized operations where the design requires them. Because every project is customized, the production path may combine multiple technologies to achieve the required result.

Engineering & Design

To have a complete and accurate quote package, this typically requires the following:

1. A drawing or CAD file,

2. The application,

3. Expected volume,

4. Target timeline, and

5. Performance requirements.

Material preferences, environmental conditions, tolerances, and inspection needs should also be included. Clear input improves the accuracy of both feasibility review and pricing. Incomplete information usually slows the process.

Materials

The best material depends on the application, media, regulatory requirements, and performance targets. Medical and life science programs often add into the equation by requiring  biocompatibility, dimensional stability, cleanliness, and chemical resistance. To further complicate matters, in some cases, optical clarity or sterilization compatibility is also required. While these plastics won’t meet all specifications, commonly used materials include:

- COC/COP

- PEEK

- Polycarbonate

- Radel®

Quote & Qualification

Lead time depends on part complexity, material selection, volume, and whether the project is for prototype or production. Simpler projects may move faster (sometimes in weeks, depending on volume and design complexity), while those with specialized requirements will naturally take longer. If you have a target launch date, sharing it early helps us assess feasibility and timing. The most accurate lead time can be confirmed once we review the project scope.

Quality Certifications

We maintain quality certifications and documented processes to support regulated and technically demanding applications. We have ISO 9001:2015 registration, which can be downloaded from our About Us page
