MICROMACHINING TECHNIQUES & ASSEMBLIES

MICROMACHINING TECHNIQUES & ASSEMBLIES

As assemblies and products continue to demand more compact arrangements, micromachining only gets bigger in popularity.

Controlled Fluidics is a world class manufacturer of micro machined plastic components. We have the capabilities to produce micro components (in large or small quantities) to customers’ specifications and hold to tolerances of +/- .0005 or better. When you are micro manufacturing plastic parts as tiny as .0005 in diameter, the parts can actually be smaller than the waste generated during machining. It’s a challenge that not every manufacturer can meet. Here at Controlled Fluidics, we take a unique approach that focuses not only on the manufacturing process, but also on the inspection, finishing, and assembly of such exacting components.

Our customers are increasingly requesting that they take delivery of complete assemblies. We are happy to provide complete assemblies of micro components as well as individual components; everything is always packed to the customers’ specifications. Controlled Fluidics can also provide a complete inspection of every part, allowing it to go directly from receiving to assembly. Our engineers are pleased to work with customers during all phases: development, design, material selection, manufacturing, and inspection. Please contact us for more information.
